I’m Cindy, and I believe true healing begins at the root.  

Like many, my journey into regenerative and root-cause healing didn’t start with textbooks or certifications - it began with lived experience.  Through my own health challenges and those people I love, I witnessed firsthand how frustrating it can feel to chase symptoms without ever finding lasting relief.  I saw how often people are told, “Everything looks normal” while their bodies are asking for deeper attention.  

That experience changed the way I understood health.  I began exploring natural healing practices - learning the body is designed to restore itself when given the right support.  I discovered that symptoms are not random or broken signals, but intelligent messages guiding us back to balance.  And I realized that true healing is not about quick fixes - it’s about listening, slowing down, and addressing the deeper imbalances beneath the surface. 
 

From that place, Blissful Roots Regenerative Health was born.
